Service Description

This class will be a 45 minute Barre class focusing on the whole body including thighs, butt, back, core muscles and arms. We will feel that familiar Barre heat in the muscles of the body and incorporate exercises for strength and mobility. Barre is entirely low impact so it is great if you don't like jumping or you have injuries relating to your joints. A fit kit is great for this class but all you really need is a chair. You can catch up anytime over the next 7 days if the time is not suitable for you.
