Pilates is a great low impact way to build the relevant strength and flexibility as it applies to you. 

Each of us is unique and these mat Pilates classes cater for just that.

@6pm on Mondays

Barre is low impact but high intensity. That means your joints will thank you and so will your heart and lungs. 

We laugh, we grimace, we sweat and shake before you know it we're done and your adrenaline has you signing up for next week!

We use a chair or other appropriate surface as our barre.

Our Yoga classes are restorative and designed to reduce stress, round of the week in a positive frame of mind and prepare your headspace for the week ahead - whatever it has in store.
