FULL BODY BARRE
This class will be a 55 minute Barre class focusing on the whole body including thighs, butt, back, core muscles and Arms.
We will feel that familiar Barre heat in the muscles of the body and incorporate exercises for a strength and mobility.
Barre is entirely low impact.
Thursdays @ 6:00PM
POWER BY PILATES
Pilates is a chance to discover more about your body. What moves it likes and what moves it doesn't.
It challenges the stabilising muscles in the body to strengthen the joints and the muscles get a great workout too.
Pilates is low impact.

Yoga Orkney® has been teaching classes in the community since 2014 and have loved every minute of it. Sometimes what’s on offer just doesn’t suit everyone. Lives are busy, things happen. So we finally got round to putting together a timetable with options for even the busiest among us :)

I follow the science because it tells us that health and wellbeing is based on more than just your physical body. In fact it tells us that on the whole body shape and size can’t tell you how healthy you are!
I believe that exercise has so many benefits to your wellbeing and that you deserve to find an exercise or follow a programme that makes you feel good. Inside and out, for whatever reason you’ve decided to work out.
Adele believes in making you feel challenged yet included, that you can work at your own pace and learn to apply the exercises that suit your body the best.
