Hip Release and Full Body Refresh We will be focussing myofascial release techniques in this session, often we can use them to release are of tension, reduce pain and develop all round better movement patterns. We start with a standing gentle relaxing flow before coming down onto the floor. You may wan tlegs up the wall or resting on a chair. Feel free to explore different angles and options. As always you are invited to take what you need from the session be it relaxation or a bit more energy, it's up to you. We finish with a guided relaxation aim to refresh We have a few options with our soft furnishing, bolster or pillows or a fit/massage ball and blankets and you may want a fit ball. Make it work. Winter Seasonal Yin Yoga - UB40 The winter season is associated with the water element which is about going with the flow. Where we resist life we create friction and stress. Winter is the most yin of all seasons requiring a kind of hibernation and turning inwards. It's often associated with creativity, contemplation and assessing how the year went for you. Slow Flow We start with some exercises on the floor, you may wish to explore some exercises - you can use the edge of a seat, chair or bed as well as doing this lying on the floor. You may want a blanket of cushion to make the floor a little softer. We will move onto some standing flows, taking inspiration from Yoga posture. Full Moon Solstice Meditation

Full Moon Winter Solstice Yoga We start with some exercises on the floor, you can lie on your mat or something softer. Most of the session will be completed standing building towards a gentle solstice flow. We take inspiration from the Moon and the Bear. Heart Opener We start with some breathing exercises seated against a wall. We will use the wall to explore some exercises - you can use the edge of a seat, chair or bed as well as doing this lying on the floor. You may want a blanket of cushion. Journey to Downward Dog You might want to use a belt or a band for this session. We start with some breathing exercises and constructive rest we set the scene for ultimate relaxation. We will work on some stability exercises and a lunge sequence towards Downward Facing Dog. Relax-a-lot We will use a chair as the main prop in this session. Starting in constructive rest we set the scene for ultimate relaxation. Explore poses like plank, lunge and squats as well as a QiGong themed standing sequence.
