A chilled out yoga session developed using many different movement styles to help you relax, calm down, process your emotions and zone out for an hour or so. Every schedule can be easily tailored to the individual meaning you get that 1-1 feel in a small group setting. Stress reduction and relief are very much the name of the game in this session. Sometimes we get up off the mat, most of the time we don't. There is no pressure to get your body into any specific shape with the emphasis on helping you find what options work best for you. We often use cushions, bolsters, blankets and sometimes the wall or seat of a chair. You can make do with the items you have around your house or you can see what props we have in the shop.
