Service Description

Exercise is perfectly safe for the majority of pregnant women. This can be a brisk walk outside or any other low impact exercise. That is why Yoga, Pilates and Barre are so suitable for women in pregnancy. We've also found that expectant mothers really benefit from simple relaxation techniques as well. Adele from Yoga Orkney簧 was still teaching group yoga classes in her final month of pregnancy and is a huge advocate of looking after your mental health as well as your physical wellbeing. We think that a combination of simple and effective movements and guided relaxations and mediations for expectant mothers makes the ideal combination.
