A stay at home day retreat. For the first time ever a group of Orkney Yogis has clubbed together to bring you a timetable of classes designed to relax and renew. Attend whatever sessions you wish on the day and get access to the recordings for the following week. 9am - Easy mornIng slow flow yoga (Gemma) 10am - Resilience & me Lecture (Adele) 11am - Powered by pilates (Adele) 12pm - break for Lunch 1:30pm - Restore & Meditate (Sara) 3pm - functional Yoga (Amanda) 4pm - pranayAma & vinyasa flow (Sara) Sessions will last around 50-55mins with a longer Rest & Restore Session.
